Which one is better Cialis or Viagra

When you are talking about two contemporary drugs offering the same kind of benefits and treating the same condition, there is bound to be competition between the two, as is the case with Cialis and Viagra. Both are drugs that treat erectile dysfunction, and both have been given full marks for the effectiveness and convenience.

So the question is, how do you pick between the two? The answer lies in what you want from the drug. And to answer this question you must know about the differences between the two.

The Differences between Viagra and Cialis

Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredient of Viagra and Cialis respectively. Both are phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors and work in the same way, by relaxing the blood vessels and improving the blood flow to your body. The first major difference between the two drugs is in terms of their dosage; Viagra comes in dosages of 25mg, 50mg and 100mg, while Cialis is available in dosages of 2.5mg, 5mg, 10mg and 20mg. The second difference is that tadalafil has a longer half life than sildenafil and offers users two options – Cialis for Daily Use and 36 hour Cialis.
